TNA Gets Some Attention

VKM (BG and Kip James) are attempting exactly the same thing DX performed back in the attitude era. I nearly got a shock as I thought I had Deja Vu! Just what is TNA getting at? I believe that they should just focus on their on product at the moment and be as different as possible. TNA can forget it, the WWE will never accept the match between The Hardyz and VKM -Never! Vince McMahon doesnt need TNA half as much as TNA needs the WWE!

The Hot Rod's New Battle!

WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Also known as Hodgkin’s disease, Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a form of cancer found in the body’s lymphatic tissue. The lymphatic system helps filter out bacteria and is important in fighting diseases. Piper was sent home early from WWE’s early-November tour of the United Kingdom and hospitalized for surgery, where doctors removed a mass at the spinal cord with an enlarged lymph node. The mass was completely removed, but the lymph node was positive for Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Radiation therapy is used to treat Hodgkin’s lymphoma; it is an extremely successful procedure, so the prognosis is very good for Piper.

According to Roddy Piper's website, the Hot Rod felt he has been fighting his whole life. My deepest sympathies go out to Piper and his family!

Possible WM23 Match?!

According to GERWECK.net it seems that the WWE are gonna push for a main event between the "Animal" Batista and The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 23. Vince McMahon has already agreed upon a match between the two and they are anticipating a Championship vs. WM Winning streak and are currently pushing a win for Batista. Of course, none of this is confirmed, however it does seem interesting enough to follow. If Undertaker loses his streak o Batista it would give the Animal a major push, on the downside however The Undertaker needs another run as the champion before retirement (I know you all feel the same).

The Never Ending Story

How many times does Vince Mcmahon have to fail before he'll learn from his mistakes?? It is a well known fact that the secret to success lies in listening to your fans and reading what the ratings tell you. At a recent WWE taping loud TNA chants were to be heard throughout the arena -just shows you what the WWE's own fans think of their product! I am a die hard WWE fan and that will probably never change, but in recent times I have to say that TNA has become far more entertaining than the WWE.

Covering the Kurt Angle subject: Who is happy for Kurt that he has joined TNA? Is he going to become another Hulk Hogan? It's only a matter of time before he will be back in the WWE. I'm personally glad he joined TNA, he really seems to be the BIGGEST fish in the little pond at the moment. One has to wonder if there isn't any animosity among previous TNA stars... Angle stealing all the thunder perhaps??

All in all I reckon the WWE is slowly learning from there mistakes, I mean singning Monty Brown is maybe not MONUMENTAL like TNA's signing f Kurt Angle, but the possibilities of this guy is endless. If anybody was held back in their promotion (Angle/Brown) my vote goes to Brown, he had the athletisiscm to get it done and the charisma, yet he wasn't given that much oppertunity. -www.arnold-dewet.com

The Pooooooounce(period)

The Headline says it all... Monty Brown is in the WWE (period) It has been rumoured for months now and the anticipation has reached the top! I am looking forward to his debut in the world of the WWE. Let's hope that the WWE can learn from TNA's mistake of using Kurt Angle (Great addition, but the end result was lame. Michaels and Angle put on a much better show). I can seriously see Monty Brown making a HUGE impact on any brand of the WWE, wether it be Smackdown, RAW or ECW. Vince Russo as the head behind TNA is just looking for trouble -but hey, that's another story for another time.

Monty Brown has tons of potential and might need a bit of fine tuning, but he is definitely on the right track. I Remember watching the triple threat match a while back including Samoa Joe, Rhyno and Monty Brown -That match just blew me away! Brown could've easily had that match up. Imagine the feuds, Imagine the promos, Imagine the matches, Imagine the pouuuuuuuuunce(period)!

UNFORGIVEN RESULTS!

Intercontinental Champion Johnny Nitro def. Jeff Hardy

Thanks to assistance from Melina, Nitro walked out retaining the I.C Championship. From the start of the match it seemed as if Jeff was the odds on favorite. It was Hardy's very first PPV upon returning to the WWE. The two exchanged a variety of innovative moves, with Jeff even hitting the swanton bomb on his opponent. Luckily Nitro had his foot on the ropes to avoid the three count. All in all a dissapointing match coz I was rooting for Jeff Hardy.

Kane vs. Umaga (Double Countout)

Kane and Umaga went at it in the ring and continued to beat each other into the crowd and all over the arena. The question still remains: "Who is the baddest monster?"

World Tag Team Champions Spirit Squad def. The Highlanders

Spirit Squad won as usual- by interference! The highlanders seemed to have things in control but came up short as a result of the referee being distracted.

D-Generation X def. The McMahons & Big Show (Hell in a Cell Match)

Are you ready? I knew DX would win. After the dust settled, it was a hard thought victory for DX!

Trish Stratus def. Lita to win the Women's Championship

Farewell Trish. I'm super glad Lita lost!

Randy Orton def. Carlito

YESS!! Finally Orton wins a match! Before the match Carlito seemed focused and aware, however it was Orton that caught Carlito with an RKO in mid air that sealed the deal and defeated Carlito!

John Cena def. Edge to win the WWE Championship (TLC Match)

How the hell did Cena win this match? It seems that the WWE is making a joke out of Edge. Cena won the WWE Championship and remains on RAW. I Believe that if he was to los, he would've made a great contribution towards Smackdown.
